Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your furry friend to be happy with every order. If something’s not right, here’s how we make it easy:

🔄 Returns

  • Change of Mind: You can notify us of your intention to return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no reason needed.

  • Return Window: After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.

  • Exceptions: Perishable treats and custom items (e.g. personalised toys) are non-returnable unless faulty.

💸 Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

  • Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: You cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🐶 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you requested, please contact us within 7 days to facilitate a speedy resolution but you do have a maximum of 30 days to contact us. Please notify us by email (enquiries@thewulversgift.com) or by using the Contact page of any faults or issues providing details and, where possible, photographs of the problem. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—no hassle.
